Hello,

No it is not necessary to be in the state for 2 years prior to applying, as long as you have sufficient employment history. You will more than likely have to have at least 1 computer generated paystub from the new employer, possibly a verification of employment and/or an employment letter as well. Other than that, it is business as usual.

You are more then welcomed to go to http://wichitahomeloans.com/, and use the "Apply Now" feature to get a quick response on any and all other questions you may have along with getting pre-approved to buy with confidence!

Hope that helps, and happy hunting!
