In order to run someone's credit, you need to be screened yourself and have an account with a company that does them. it is almost impossible for an independent small landlord to do this for themselves, most companies want to see your professional license for the reason for you running someone's credit: Real estate Broker, Mortgage Broker etc.. Many will make site visits to check that you are a legitimate business.
This is the main reason most Landlords rent their apartments through Real Estate Brokers, so that full ID checks, credit reports, Landlord Tenant court reports etc. can be checked. And is also the reason many tenants do not want to deal with Real Estate Brokers, it is not just to save the fee......but because they have something to hide!

Rob, are you a landlord trying to get this information so you can personally run credit checks?

I am an agent at Oxford Property Group. Our company can rent your property with qualified tenants. Our credit check verifies debt and any landlord tenant issues they had in the past. Please call me at 347-441-0828 to discuss listing your property.

Why not simply list with a broker who can pre-screen tenants...

The Realtor representing you should have no problem running credit checks on prospective tenants on your behalf.
