What are the best options and key points a person should consider when seeking to buy their first vacation / investment property in San Diego?
* What impact does the beach or view have on rental price and occupancy rate?
* Are there short sale/ resale opportunities given the current market?
Some personal points:
* Maximize tourist and convention reach
* Range of $250-$500k
* Can accommodate 4 people
* I would likely use it 2-4 weeks a year
Example: I'm just looking at are Hard Rock hotel / condo units but I may prefer to have a broader demographic reach.
