CMA's are not done for zip codes, but are done for individual properties. It is based on comparable properties to the one you are interested in purchasing. I am assuming you are not working with an agent because you would have asked them for this already. If you would like to contact me, I would be happy to let you know the detail I provide in a cma, and the advantages of working with me as an agent.

As Jeremy notes, CMAs are performed for a specific property.

If you're looking for economic projections and forecasts, there are a number of ways to go about that. Realtors obviously receive some. Also, your area's Economic Development Agency (they go by different names, but most governments have something that serves that function--just Google it or try this link: http://www.ecodevdirectory.com/california.htm

Also, many universities have research arms looking at market forecasts and projections. (George Mason University here in Fairfax has a nationally-known Center for Regional Analysis in its School of Public Policy; see http://policy.gmu.edu/faculty/fuller/ I'd expect there's something similar in Los Angeles.

Hope that helps.

Please enter those zips in a Trulia Property search. Contact any of the Real Estate companies posting a listing to that zip and request a CMA.
