My background is construction (both high end custom residential and commercial) and I have some suggestions.I think the previous answers are pretty good, however this price will vary greatly depending upon the materials selected for the home. Do you plan to live there or just fix it up for a flip or a rental?
I would take it a step further. You need to interview a few contractors. Find one that is reputable and that you like, because you will be seeing a lot of this person. Get at least 3-6 bids on the work to be done. Make sure you give them the exact same materials and scope of work to bid on. Find out how far out they are scheduled, and how long will the job take to complete, and do they compesate you if they miss the deadline. How are the payments structured? I recomend splitting any job into thirds, 1/3 to start, 1/3 at mid point or substantial completion and final 1/3 at finish. Make sure you don't pay them everything before its done to YOUR satisfaction. See what they will do for you if they run over schedule or miss the completion deadline.
