Can you explain foreclosure price as we have seen a condo in Sweetwater Club for $1,000. We are looking for a 3 bed 2 bath or 3 bath in that area.

Not likely for a condo at that price. Be careful...lots of fraud out there. Foreclosure prices are set by the Bank that has taken the property back from a defaulted home owner. Prices are normally a bit below area market prices. Call me if you want legitimate listing prices on foreclosures in the area. Lorraine Weichert Realtors-Hallmark Properties

If there was any negative part of Trulia then it is these Realty Trac postings. They just get folks all excited when the home is not even for sale yet and may not be for as long as a year !!. If you are interested at all in buying a foreclosure like this one then Trulia is not the best place to be looking. Realty Trac just wants you to sign up with them and pay for foreclosure information which I can let you have for free!! Please e mail me with a note of what you are looking for and I will be happy to send you all the listings , that are available for sale, that meet your requirements.

Sorry, but you have seen a Realty Trac posting. Do read their notes. The $1,000 has nothing to do with the price or even if it is on the market. Here are all the early 1990's units in the area that are on the market:…

That either has to be a typo or a rental.
