The seller accepted my shortsale contract with no shortsale addendum. The listing agent sumitted my contract along with the seller's shortsale package to the lender. Now the listing agent informed us that the lender has accepted other offer. The agent used my fully executed contract by both buyer and seller to subumit to the lender to stop the preforeclosure. Then while waiting for the lender, they accepted other offers and submit to lender. Can seller accept other offers eventhough the seller already signed the contract with us. We understand that the seller can still market their property and submit other offers to the lender if there was an Shortsale Addedum. But there was no Shortsale Addendum signed by seller and buyer. We think the listing agent was playing game by submitting other offer which he represented by both seller and buyer to make more commission, and withdraw our accepted offer from the lender.
