Can someone tell me if the property taxes information for the homes are what taxes are owed or what property taxes have been paid?

The taxes shown in the MLS is what was reported by the tax office as paid last year. It may not reflect if it is homesteaded or not. If not it would be a higher tax than listed. If you are not working with a realtor and would like some real estate help please call me.

Probably what was paid last year, or, possibly, an estimate based on the new LISTING price.
If your system is like ours; they will be computed based on the new selling price once the dust has settled.
The Escrow Company will collect some money and you will receive a reimbursement.
