These are both great towns- Taxes can be a little bit less in Whippany, but the property values in both towns continue to be great( for purposes of resales they are both good choices), and the schools are great. Call us and we would love to show you great choices in these towns.

Jackie is right! They are both great towns! The taxes in Hanover Twp (Whippany) will tend to be a little lower. If schools are your issue, then go compare the schools. Each place has excellent schools, but your definition of excellence may be different from mine since I have no children in the school system. I happen to live in Whippany, so I might be a little slanted toward Hanover Township.

I would be more than happy to meet with you to compare your parameters to what each town offers. Please call me at 201.463.9656

Denise,

You can find valuable information and community comparison here: http://www.relocationessentials.com/aff/prunewjersey/tools/c…
In addition, you can also find on PNJP's site school information, crime stats, cost of living, etc.

Please feel free to contact me directly regarding property information.

Good luck.

I would suggest that you 1st go to the website for Morris Township & Whippany. For Morris Township it is http://www.morristwp.com and for Whippany, http://www.hanovertownship.com. These sites will give you an overview of the towns and their school systems. Comparison data of schools can be found on the New Jersey sites, http://www.nj.com/news/reportcard and http://www.state.nj.us/njded/directory/index.shtml. If you would like a tour of the neighborhoods and information on the values of the properties, please give me a call or visit my website.
