#806 is asking $899,000 - colleagues of mine are listing it and I can arrange and appointment to see it anytime.
#1802 is asking $1,099,000 but there's a lot of price pressure in the building (only 3 have sold in the past 6 months per the MLS, 1 is in contract and 13 are for-sale albeit at some very high prices so they're not moving - but that's a 2 year supply if only 3 sell every 6 months so you've got negotiation leverage).
