Yes. Upgrades are one thing they will negotiate on. The sales reps will usually confide in me what they can do. Make sure you hire a good broker with new construction experience. I am very familiar with Ryan Homes. Let me know if you need help.

If you have a good realtor. I'd be happy to help but most builders won't allow an agent to assist you unless you sign in for the first time with The agent. Personally the Richmond homes have been on the market for years on learns let road. Taxes are very very high. There are existing homes that sellers have done upgrades and improvements on and selling for far less.
