Can anyone tell me if a Kostich home is well built? I see it in some listings but don't know what it means. Thank you.

I would agree with Tom. Ted Kostich had a good reputation as a local, hands on builder. Typically, a house built by Ted is a good thing! He particularly prided himself on his interior trim work.

Ted Kostich was a local builer in the area who was probably the first one to begin building larger single family homes in the Greene County market during the 1990's. I believe he has recently relocated to Florida. Overall his homes were well built with a good bit of extra trim work.
