I was just reading your question, and one other interesting option that you did not mention is the Coconut Grove Bayshore, located on South Bayshore, accross from Monty's. The units are very large, with enourmous balconies, and closets, the building offers tennis, pool, sauna, and gym. I have a listing there that you might want to see. I can be reached on my phone, 305-609-8408, or by e-mail Good luck on your search.

Living in Yacht Harbour, Grove, Towers, Grove Hill, Grovenor House, Ritz Carlton and Grove Isle ... all fabulous places to live. Everyone I know that lives in these building are so pleased with the location, amenities, views and services. They are so convenient to restraunts, shoping, parks and fun... it's a matter of personal choice, each of them has a different flavor ... ... all of them fabulous life styles. Good day. My partner has lived at Grove Isle for some time. I have a listing across the bay, on the water, at 3564 W. Fairview St., this is a nice pocket. It is called Bellavista and each 3 story condo has a 40" slip. I have shown the other condos, specifically Pelican Reef and Grovenor, but it would really depend on your personal criteria. If I can be of assistance, please let me know.

The Grovenor House is considered the Gold Standard in the N. Grove for many reasons. Location, 1st rate developer, amenities, layouts of the units, etc, etc. Downside are the maintenance fees, but you get what you pay for. I know, I lived there for the first two years the building was open and as an owner, I highly recommend the building. If you look at the sales and rental history, you'll notice low turnover, low # of available of units and extremely low distressed sales.
Call if you'd like more info.

I'll be happy to help you with those areas. First, I need to know exactly what you are looking for. Is this for you to live in, or is it an investment? What price range are you looking at? What are the most important aspects of your purchase?
Call me and we can talk about it.
