If you fit the income tax guidelines. If your house costs $80k or more. If you have that amount of tax liability. If they do not deny you for some reason., If you wait until you file your income taxes to get it back then probably yes.

You need to contact your accountant or the IRS.

There are many factors that will make your answer a Yes and a No.

Property Purchase Price, your income, your taxable income, etc, etc ,etc.
