Dear Charlene,
Thanks for your reply. Could you please provide a range 'from' 'to' so that we can get a better idea of price? Do you have gated communities - i.e. a compound with several houses with common facilities, security, etc?
I would rate security and safety as the highest requirement. The area should be well populated, so it is not just 1 house among the ruins of a civilization.
It should be a sturdy house - not one where the roof is likely to blow off with the first cyclone.
Then it should require bare minimum maintenance in order to get it ship-shape.
Further there should not be any previous pending legal impediments.

Hi Anthony,

My name is Charlene and I would love to assist you. I would first need to know how much is your shoe-string budget :-) and a little bit more information so that we can find your holiday home.

Email or give me a call and let's get started.

Thank you,

Charlene Johnson
