This is such a buyers market in Charlotte right now. The builders are expecially anxious to move spec homes and not carry the inventory. I would be glad to assist you in your move. I can be reached at 704-607-7514 or visit our website at http://www.carolina-real-estate.com .. Look forward to meeting you and your family

Leslie,

I have a home that is ready for new owners and we can close just as fast as your lender. http://www.villagesatrosedale.com will let you see the house.

The other agents have done well in answering your questions.

Good Luck with the move!

Hi Leslie...

Like the other agents have said, most definitely you can get a ready to move in home in 30 days! Lot's of home builders have many spec homes sitting --waiting, right now. Huntersville happens to be one of those towns that has a lot of new home developments in it as well.

Communities with a pool, I'd suggest:

Monteith Park
Vermillion
Centinneal
Skybrook
Carrington Ridge

just to name a few...

Huntersville happens to be in the Lake Norman area, where I, myself live and work...I happen to know it well and if you end up there, you'll have made an excellent choice...

I'd happily e-mail you some listings of homes the might meet your needs... e-mail me at MHemingway@kw.com or check out my website below...

Good Luck!

YES! You can definitely get a new or newer home in this area under $300M. If you drive up to Exit 28 off I-77 you can buy a beautiful home on 3/4 acre lot (cross from the Flagship with multi-million dollar waterfront estates) I have listed for sale on Bethel Church Road for $349,000. I have sold new homes off exits 23, 25 and 18 at the $300M and just-under range.

If you would like a Realtor with 25 years' service in Charlotte, to help you, please contact me.
