I assist FHA borrowers in Texas (and nationwide). I am located in Texas.

PrimeLending received an exception from investors, which allows me to offer FHA mortgages for credit 600-640. 30 day closings available.

Excellent rates, low fees. Close on time.

Hi Gabby. Unfortunately, lenders are requiring a credit score of at least 630 to qualify for an FHA loan. However, a lender could counsel you on how to improve your credit score, and eventually be able to get that FHA loan! Sometimes that can be done fairly quickly, sometimes it could take some time. I would suggest that you contact a local lender and find out how you might improve your score.
