YES, this can happen on an investment property that is to be held for business purposes as a constant 12 month rental.

The rental income can be used to satisfy the income requirement for that type of loan.

Will likley need at least 45% down.

Hi, I agree with both previous answers.. I recommend your teaming up with a private mortgage banker. See all listings and get free information at http://www.buy-sell-rent-florida.com

There are no more no income verification loans unless you have a tremendous amount of money in the bank, are retired with income streams or have other assets for the lender to lien.

Limited verification probably 40+% down.

Contact me if I can help.

A loan with you providing no documentation to how much money you make.......This would be a question for a lender. I seriously hope not though.....I never want us to get back to the problems that created the property crash again....

If you are retired and no longer have the income to show that is a different story and assets can possibly be used. I can give you a lenders info that would know this answer for you very quickly....let me know if you would like their contact info.

If we do not start raising interest rates soon we will be doing ourselves no future favors as well.
