There are also down payment assistance programs for first-time buyers, if you qualify. But most programs require some money down. The HUD program is a good one though. Home must be a hud home.

Get a good lender and get "Prequalified" then you will know what you can do!

There are no programs for no down payment but there are a few with small to minimum down payments and there is a grant program if you qualify for an additional $7,500 to assist with your down payment closing costs and prepay

You can also do HUD homes for $100 down or Home Path for 3% down...

Yes, the down payment depends on the type of loan you get. A VA loan and USDA loans require no money down. Those are the only ones. FHA requires just 3.5%.

You need to be speaking with a lender to find out what you can borrow and what type loan you could get.
