Can I do a FHA Streamline refinancing without my co-borrower and without an appraisal? My credit score of 760. Property is upside down .

Hi Dalliac51,

Unfortunately no. The streamlined refinance option with FHA is basically a non qualifying refinance which means you're not required to provide income or asset documentation. If you refinance without the current co-borrower you'd have to document that you qualify on your own.

It's possible to do a streamline without an appraisal as long as you refi with the co-borrower.
