You will definitely have to pay cash if you do not have credit.

Hi Gordo,

How are you? Hope all is well! IF you're looking to take out a mortgage loan to buy a house, then yes, you are required to have some sort of credit. However, if you do not have any established credit history, some mortgage companies would like to get documentation of your bills that you paid, rental receipts, etc. to show proof that you have paid things on time and that may let you take out a loan, but that all depends on the mortgage companies.

Another way to buy a house without any established credit is to buy the house with 100% CASH.

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via phone/text/email. Thank you for your time and I'm looking forward to speaking with you soon! Have a wonderful day!

Best Regards,

You cannot get a loan without credit. You can always pay cash if you have it!

Good luck!
