Good question and yes, there are over 150 four bedroom homes available in Ohio City...a ten minute commute to Downtown Cleveland (the new 'place to be' for high tech companies) and Case Western Reserve Univ. There is, for example, a gorgeous 4 BR 1865 built Italianate beauty with 3baths and 3 fp's and all the modern amenities- with an asking price of $270,000. And that is just one example. Our housing stock is as diverse as you will find anywhere in the Country and luckily, still affordable! You can also have a large loft in Downtown Cleveland with a Lake Erie view - and you can configure it with four bedrooms. For less than $400k. And of course you can spend more if you want to lol

Heck yes! You can get a lot of house (and beautiful at that) in
the Mayfield Heights, Mayfield Village or Highland Heights area
with the benefits of an excellent school system and hospitals!

People moving to North East Ohio learn very quickly that their home buying dollar goes a long way here. That price range gives you LOADS of options in the area for existing homes as well as new construction. You should have no problem at all !!
