Hi Robert,

You should interview a number of agents/brokers, of course, as we are not all the same. Find out who knows the market, who knows how to negotiate, and who has a personality you click with. Also, find out their plan to put you in the right home a the lowest cost. I have unique offer for buyers that you can learn about on my website. The right agent will make all the difference in the world, so never sign a buyer's contract locking you in, interview a few agents... and of course include me on the short list to interview and learn more about me and my approach. I would be happy to start in my office looking at all your options up on my large screen monitor where we can really understand what you want and what your options are... no cost or obligation, of course. If you prefer shopping remotely online, shoot me an email and I will email you a bunch of cool tools that are very helpful when shopping online.

In the meantime Robert, check out all the homes currently for sale in Skies West here: http://goo.gl/V58Xq

You can also see a market analysis of the area here: https://www.box.com/s/b95f5a7cc8732ad06437

I can send you all the details behind this summary directly, if you would like them, just let me know.

Happy house hunting Robert!

Hi Robert,
I actually lived in the neighborhood just East of Skies West in Tuscany for four years and am very familiar with the Paradise Hills (87114) area of Albuquerque. The only thing that I make sure that my buyers have is a pre-qualification letter from a lender. This allows us to present an offer with real persuasion (some sellers will not even look at an offer without a pre-qualification letter. The fewer conditions on the pre-qualification letter will provide the listing agent with more comfort and usually can create an atmosphere where the seller will take less than they would with a buyer that they are not confident with going into escrow with. The process of getting a pre-qual also educates the buyer about what the monthly mortgage expenses will be and quiets one of the many variables in the home purchasing process.

So by all means... LET'S GO SEE SOME HOMES!

Hi Robert,

Yes you can. First, there is no cost for me to assist you. Next, I can set you up with FREE listing alerts. This will enable you to see all available homes that match your specific criteria, while receiving instant alerts of new properties the second they hit the market. You'll know about new listings before most real estate agents do. To see up the alerts, go to: http://www.syan.com/alerts

To view homes within Alban Hills and immediate area, go to: http://abqrealtors.rapmls.com/scripts/mgrqispi.dll?APPNAME=a…

I can refine listing results based on your specific interests (e.g. price range, minimum beds/baths, etc.).

You can also perform a FREE map-based property search at http://www.syan.com/search

Scott is absolutely correct. Brokers have access to the most up to date information and can customize the information to fit what you are looking for.

Hello Robert,

Seeing more homes is one way to get to the one you really want, but seeing the ones that are "right" for you is more important. As a Buyer's Broker, I help focus your search so that you see the homes that will work for you and not waste your time or effort just seeing "everything". The best way to start is to sit down with me for a short orientation meeting. I am happy to serve. Please ffe free to contact me.

Robert the best way to see more homes is to hire a Buyer Broker who can assist you in getting homes to see, information and conduct the showings.
