I'm looking for some input on signing with a buyer's agent who is also the seller's agent on a home we are strongly considering.
We met this agent at an open house, and he appears to be exactly what we're looking for in an agent, but I worry about a conflict of interest should we be interested in the house that he's also representing. What's the best way to handle this situation?
