The point is to improve my credit score. This is the biggest most consistent bill I have and no one knows. I have no proof if it on my credit. House will be paid off in one year. Can it be added to report after I pay it off and it's then in my name? Won't have title for another year.

Why do you want it added? If the seller doesn’t report it through normal channels then what’s the point? If you are trying to refinance the loan the lender will want more than a credit report supplement, they’ll ask for cancelled checks to show you have made the payment on time. The way you took title can impact the deal as well. Do you actually have title?
