Greetings,

The Austin metro has an assortment of new construction communities in outlining areas such as Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Kyle, Buda and Dripping Springs. Many with reputable, high preforming schools. I always direct people to http://www.greatschools.org for research.

In addition to finding the right school zone for your family, I like to also consider what other amenities you may need. Such as proximity to work, youth sports, parks and rec etc. Austin is a large town and traffic is terrible. To make sure you have time and capacity to enjoy home and family time, I try to direct relocation clients to areas that will make their life most efficient whole meeting most of their "must haves".

I love helping out of town people settle in Austin. I moved here a few years ago myself and can relate to the process. Please let me know if I can help.

Best of Luck in your Search,
