Hi Sharon,

The rental market is quite strong in my opinion. I work and live in Poinciana myself and know the area very well. I've sold many rentals to investors in Poinciana and so long as they have been reasonable about price they have not had any trouble getting their homes rented. The rentals have worked out very well for them. Give me a call or shoot me an email if you want some more info. Take care.

As a long time land lord, real estate investor and Mortgage Broker who specializes in Rental Property loans, I believe I can give you a comprehensive look at purchasing rental property in FL.

20% down on rental property with closing costs paid for buyer at these low rates and great deals on Florida real estate makes it a very attractive investment in 2012!
