Hi Jason,

Before I became licensed in real estate, I bought a condo. For me, the most important thing was the price and condition of the home. Additionally, I found the readings (contracts, HOA regulations, etc.) rather difficult to review, so I would suggest developing, if you have not already, a thorough understanding of and ability to explain contracts to clients.

I hope my comments helps you.

FYI ....Typically, buyers (or sellers) ask questions here on Trulia, and agents help by answering them. Just some helpful advice as I see you're new on Trulia. :-)

Buyers are looking at price and condition of the house. Even though we have a price war in the real estate market today, we also have a beauty contest.

Well thank you kindly, I actually do know what these forums are for but thank you, all three of you. "Trulia advice - talk to Locals and Experts" I am simply speaking to the "locals." From what I hear and see multi-generational properties are trending. Make it a great day!
