I would say that they're manufactured homes ... virtually every unit looks exactly the same. The office appears to be an older double-wide. There are no listings for any of the properties in MLS, and the description mentions a "master-planned community," most likely a park involving lot rent. It's best that you contact the owner directly if you're interested.

FYI, such structures tend to depreciate over time, partially due to the fact that there is no land involved ... the park owns all of it. There are more traditionally built properties in the area that are priced competitively. If I can be of further assistance, please get in touch ... best of luck.

These appear to be manufactured homes. Similar to "mobile", but things can be added like garages. There are more traditional single family homes with concrete foundations in the general area. You might want to make sure your search specifies a single family home and also include Humble ISD, a good school district in the area.
