Are there certain areas of Dominion Valley that are more child friendly than others?

Asked by Ellie, Haymarket, VA Sat Mar 23, 2013

I've heard of neighborhood cookouts and children out riding their bikes in packs. Which area of Dominion Valley does this occur in?

Dominion Valley is definitely a child friendly neighborhood. The neighborhood is built around an active lifestyle. Piedmont is another gated community in Haymarket that offers the same amenities. I know this first hand because I live here myself.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any further questions or if I can assist you in your search.

Dominion Valley is a highly desirable neighborhood for families. The numerous amenities the community provides is why buyers choose this neighborhood over others in Gainesville/Haymarket. I have 3 children 10, 13 and 15 and we have lived here since 2006. When we looked into moving to Haymarket from Fairfax we compared all the other surrounding neighborhoods to Dominion Valley and we have been enjoying the community ever since. All the schools are inside the community so your children will not have to travel far for after school play dates. Feel free to call me and I would be happy to discuss further why our family chose DVCC and why we plan to stay here for many years to come.

Thank you all for your answers, much appreciated. I've been impressed by Toll Brothers homes. Now to decide Carolina's or Executives.

Hi. I have lived in Dominion Valley for 11 years from when it first opened. It is a very family friendly neighborhood throughout the entire development with children ranging from new born to college age. Cathy's Home Team sells more real estate in Dominion Valley than any other realtor doing business in the development. We are long time residents and are active in all aspects of our community.

I have sold houses in Piedmont and Dominion Valley and they are both kid friendly. I have noticed that people in Piedmont stay in the neighborhood when they move. I just had a client that went from a rental into a townhouse and the owners of the townhouse moved to a single family in Piedmont.

All of Dominion Valley is child friendly that type of activity occurs throughout. There is an active adult community with in Dominion Valley that may be less likely to have those type of activities but of the whole community itself is child friendly.
