There are many condos and townhomes in Bridgewater and surrounding areas that have a pool. Fewer have a family room in addition to a living room. For small basic older 1 story condos, you can start in the 200's. For multi-story townhomes, you will be in the mid to high 300's and up. Few exceed 500K, as that is the top end. Detailed lists are available by email or you can search here:

Hi Ellen, as you can gather, there are loads of options to choose from in Bridgewater - most have pools in the community, but fewer have family rooms.

Bridgewater is a vast area - Loft Farms is in the Martinsville Section which would be closer to Warren - exit 33 off of 78, and further east than the vast majority of the options by a margin. The space is great - larger units, many with finished basements, garages, and a pool. They are pricier than options further west.

The bulk of the options will be in a collection of communities nearer to the Bridgewater Mall.

Prices vary with size, location and amenities - ranging from the $200's to over $500K.

I have assisted sellers and buyers with condos and townhomes in the area, and would welcome the opportunity to assist you. You can search at http://www.feenick.com and also get a sense of how the market is moving there - click on "Local Market Commentary" and you'll see Bridgewater Condos and Townhomes in the mix.

My favorite is Glenbrooke. I sold two homes there, and my clients love it -- pool, clubhouse, very well maintained, strong association, and just lovely, in additon to being near everything, yet not in the fray of traffic. Please cal me if I can help you. I service that area. There are many others with pools, in every price range. Whe npriced right, Glenbrooke seems to sell well, at least as far as up to today. We had three offers on the townhome I sold, and I"m on the buyer end of another. End units with basements seem to be most in demand there, and ones with garages attached sell much faster than those without. The one floor units without garage seem to last the longest, so may be a great value, but bear in mind that one day you will be selling.

Hi, My name is Jane Wynn with Century 21 Worden & Green. Bridgewater offers several communities with a pool and units that have a family room. Glenbrooke, Beacon Hill, Loft Farm. Of course depending on size of units, they range from $400K to over $600K. If I can help further, feel free to contact me

I am trying to sell a townhouse that is in the Stratton Meadows community off of Milltown road. There is a pool in the community which is litterally a 2 minute walk away from the house. It's a 3 br, 2.5 bath, basement, 1 car garage, backyard, and there are other things in the area like tennis courts and a basketball court. It's listed for around $450,000. If you are interested I can give you the full details.
