Are there any sandy beaches in New Port Richey? On google earth, it does not seem to have any sandy beaches, or any beaches at all, really.

MovingSoon,

There are two Beaches within New Port Richey. Green Key Beach, located at the West end of Green Key Road. This is a Public Beach that was constructed and dedicated to the County by the original Developer's of Gulf Harbors, and later named in memory for Robert Rees. The second Beach is Private and within my Gulf Harbors Community.

As the Developer's Representative for over a decade, please feel free to contact me should you have any additional questions.

Gulf Harbors has both waterfront homes with direct 5-10 minute Gulf access for your boat from your backyard dock; PLUS it has one of the only two private community sandy beaches on the west coast of Florida. It is gated, and only residents of Gulf Harbors can be members for $144/year/household, including all your guests and tenants if you rent out your home for a few months as a vacation rental.

The waterfront homes range from about $200k to $3Million. If you may be interested to know more please contact me. I live and focus my Real Estate business here in Gulf Harbors.

Respectfully,
Joe

Hi, yes we do not have an abundance of beaches in New Port Richey, there is one though. Just before you go into Port Richey there is Green Key beach. Its a very quiet and peaceful beach with shallow water perfect for family fun! It even has a playground, boardwalk and lookout. New Port Richey has much to offer in the way of water sports and recreation and all for a much lower price than our neighbor counties to the south. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us directly.
