Are there any ocean front condos that are walking distance to 5th avenue dining/shopping?

There are condos in walking distance to beach and 5th but none on beach directly on 5th. Please send me an email with your price range and will send you some options with map so you can see options. Most condo's on the beach directly are farther north than 5th ave as the beach front area around 5th is single family residences.

Not direct beach front condos but there are single family homes on the beach in the Olde Naples area, walking distance to 5th Ave S. We do have condos that would be walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave S.

There are waterfront condos within walking distance to 5th Avenue, but the beachfront condos, for which you specified, are further north on Gulfshore Blvd., approximately a 14 block walk, bike ride, or drive. I live in old Naples and am happy to show you around!

The nearest Gulf front condos are about a mile and a half north of the 5th Ave., South entertainment district. This were some of the first Naples beachfront condos are built, just north of the Naples Beach Club. Pricing typically starts in the 400K plus range.

The most important thing a buyer can do is first of all work with a buyer broker. As stated by AARP and the Consumer Federation of America from REALTOR® News.

I am an Exclusive Buyer Broker and owner of the original Florida Buyer Broker. There is no extra/hidden cost or buyer broker agreement for you to obtain my Exclusive Buyer Broker services, other firms may have fees. True buyer brokers do not list property for sale. So, there is never a conflict of interest between the buyer and the seller. Only an exclusive buyer broker can guarantee the buyer financial confidentiality. Giving up their financial ability or motivation to buy could cost the buyer thousands of dollars! The State of Florida assumes that all buyers know all agents are transactions brokers who do not represent anyone one in the transaction and that the agents have very limited if any liability in the transaction. Unless, a real estate agent or broker tells you they will represent you exclusively, the real estate agent is not required to disclose to you that they are a transaction agent or broker.

Hi Carrie,

If you mean right on the beach in front of the Gulf of Mexico, no. Olde Naples is unique because the avenues end at the beach and there are no condos directly on the beach. Single family residences from about $10 million and up line the beach in the Old Naples area near 5th Ave.

With that said, there are condos close to the beach where you could walk to 5th Ave dining and shopping. It all depends on your price range - the closer you get to the beach and the larger the unit the more you'll pay. If you want to be right on the beach, one of my favorite condominiums closest to Old Naples (you could walk to 5th but it would be about a mile hike) is Sancerre. These are beautiful condos with amazing views and amenities http://whitesandsnaples.com/sancerre/

Condos are a little further north.

May I suggest you first consider selecting a local Realtor (or two!) to begin discussing your options. It sure helps to begin dialogue with someone and see where that leads. The ocean front properties walking distance to Fifth Avenue are single family residences. There are villas and condos very near the beach and walking distance. You'll have the most luck with ocean front condos within walking distance to Venetian Villiage and Park Shore shopping/ dining. Most of the gulf-front condos in Naples line Gulf Shore Blvd so you will have more options there then what would be walking distance to 5th Ave. If you don't mind Bay Views there are a lot of options walking distance to 5th Ave with bay views but not so much on the gulf.
