Are there any lenders who actually lend to people who have bad credit due to identity theft? I have been working on mine for over a yr still it is bad

FHA will take a score as low as a 580. Very stick with debt to income ratio but you can have multiple co-signers.

May be you should try working with a local credit repair agency first to see if credit profile and scores can be improved. Once you are able to accomplish this the lenders will be more receptive to give you mortgage.

They are improving slowly.. My scores started out in the 300's when I found the identity theft. Now they are up to 580 a year later it's taking SO VERY LONG though
