Are there any grants/funds available for rehabbing historical properties in New Orleans? Where's a good?

A good place is your bank account....these grants are more theory than real.

Yes they are...but you need to have your own financing in place...don't expect an easy way to get money, and on any rehab expect to put out $15 to $50K in your own cash.

City issues the grants I would contact the local office, or Trulia agent in that area.
