That was a good question Danny, as me and my husband are also asking that one. So good I found this page. Another question though to the agents, is it applicable for new construction houses or also in pre-owned? Before we would really consider brandnew in any frisco isd but when our son went to Riddle, we are thinking of buying on within Riddle (Crystal Creek,Preston Meadows) but the prices are like you purchase a brand new house, too.

Hi Danny-

There are several and The State of Texas has first time program as well. There are some restrictions, the price of the home and how much money you make.

I would love to assist you in your first home purchase! Please feel free to call, text or email.

There still are first time home buyer programs available today, but there are only certain mortgage lenders that will do them. If you go to this website
It will give you a list of lenders that participate in first time home buyer programs. If you have any other questions or would like some further assistance feel free to contact me.

If you are looking in Plano, there is a City of Plano Assistance program for First Time homebuyers. Classes are provided so you will have to register. The number is 972-941-7665.

If you are looking for a Realtor, I would like the opportunity to assist in your home search.

Click on "Mortgage" at the top, fill out the box on the left with what you are looking for, call the top three lenders listed and check if their companies have what you are looking for.
