Hi Steve, the difference would most likely be very little. It would depend on the complex but I would guess the difference would 20.00 or less.

Sometimes. Some complexes base the fees on unit size, some all have the same share in the expenses.

It totally depends on the development - some have a flat fee for all units, others prorate based on the square footage. In the Fremont Tri-city area, most HOA fees are higher for 2-bedroom units, but not by much.

Often times the dues does reflect the size if the unit. It might only be a few dollars cheaper, but I see most one bedrm are less than two bedrm in the same complex.

Your broker should be able yo do a little research and find out for sure.

In some HOA's yes & in others no.
