Anyone know the "average" price per square foot to have a daylight/walkout basement put in?

Do you already have a basement. If so it depends on the terrain. How big a concrete cut you want. Is there a place for excavated dirt on the property? What type of windows or doors. Landscaping or retaining wall? Level of detail and trim. How much work are you willing to do yourself or hire out?

I'm not sure how much the average cost would be. I would call around your area to see if companies can give you an average price. I'm looking to have this done to my home as well and I am going to do the same thing. Good luck and I hope you're able to figure everything out! http://www.talonconcrete.ca

Normally the basement would have to already be there. To add a basement would be expensive to raise the house, dig a hole and put the house back on the new basement. Too many variables to price out without knowing LOTS more.

The average cost is heavily dependent on the price of cutting concrete. I would recommend looking more into how much it costs to cut concrete. That will give you a good idea of how much you'll have to pay. http://www.impactconcrete.com.au/services

It really depends on the buyer and how much you are wanting to do. Sometimes the more square footage you put in, the lower the cost per square foot. I recommend doing some calling around. Get some quotes and compare costs. That is a good way to go about it. http://www.coretechindustries.ca/en/services.html
