Hi Erica,

To answer your question about why Truilia show three listings instead of one.

Often times Trulia doesn't have the latest updated listing. As when we as realtor look up the system, it has the latest listing in real time.

Please let me know if you want to get auto update for REO properties in the Hackberry creek area. You will be the first one to know when there is a new listing.

Very rarely do we see foreclosures in Hackberry. I do see one currently on Clearspring. The ones that I have seen needed cash to close as they had significant foundation problems and would likely not finance with conventional financing.

Here is a link of what's currently for sale in Hackberry, including the foreclosure.…

Let me know if you would like to see it or any of the other ho

There is currently one bank owned property on the market in Hackberry Creek and it is being sold by a time limited auction. You can get more information on this home, including how to see it, and how to bid, by getting in touch with me at the info you will see by clicking on my profile.
