I recently sold a nice condo at Seven Lakes, came with a golf cart and golf carport. They are building a new restaurant and have special assessed the owners. I believe all assessments are paid. You may want to check.

Hi Jim,

If you love to golf, its for you. 2011 Community of the Year. I have a 2/2 for sale in there on Pebble Beach with a carport. It is a 55+ and gated, centrally located and offers a lot for the money.

If your not a golfer, there are less fee units outside Seven Lakes.

Feel free to call 239.246.6639 or e-mail me or look at condos on my interactive website

When your ready, get ahold of me, I am here for you!

Seven Lakes is a very active community within their clubhouse which I am sure you have seen. I would compare it to just a few other communities that offer creative hobby workshops and they have groups for all interests. Easy access off of US 41 to airport, downtown, Naples, Bonita, the beaches, etc.

the fees are worth it if you are golfers or otherwise taking advantage of the amenities. Well maintained community, centrally located, friendly folks too (at least the ones I have met)

It is a 55 plus community, meaning one of the buyer has to be 55 years or older. Great location.

Seven Lakes is a nice complex but you can find others with more affordable fees. If golfing is critical to you Seven Lakes is certainly a complex to consider.

They are high however it is a golf community. If you are an avid golfer the cost might make sense. All comes down to what is important to you.
