Food brings realtors so make sure you have a good selection. I had an upscale listing a few years ago and wanted to have a great turnout so I catered the Brokers Open with white glove silver tray service and got 50 agents to show up compared to the usual 5-10.
Also you will find that many agents are not willing to be an open book and share what they know and have learned with fear that they are going to gain competition.
