I can offer you an affordable solution to consulting with an attorney. If I was questioning any matter related to real estate, and can not rest until I was satisfied, I would do exactly what you are doing. You are entitled to be empowered knowing all your rights and remedies prior to making any decisions. I can offer you an affordable monthly membership and you can consult with attorneys in 26 areas of law. And guess what, they are based close to you in Los Angeles, CA

Anthony you don't need a real estate attorney. If you don't have a signed extension by the seller and yourself extending escrow, you can legally cancel. Just make sure you are doing the right thing. Why don't you send me the address? I will tell you what the approximate price of the home should be. Do that before you canel.
