I recently purchased a property in Springfield Subdivision, it is a nice neighborhood, can anyone knowing the neighborhood tell me if there is an HOA for this community

Miracle is correct. I have also confirmed that there is no mandatory HOA and therefore, no dues, in the Springfield subdivision of Cedar Hill.
