Also, are they specific subdivisions in Washington Township that are desirable? Are there areas to avoid? Thanks!

We bought in Hertiage Valley. It's gorgeous there and the schools are great. There is lots to do but that development is very peaceful and everyone keeps up with their lawns making it look nice at all times. There are a lot of houses in the development but not many for sale. I believe I counted 3 when I drove through. Good luck!

First consider what type of housing do you prefer- condo? townhome? single family?
Then what other factors are important to you when finding a new home, such as school ranking, neighborhood attractions, convenience to shopping and highways, etc.
Then once you find the areas in Washington Township that offers your desired type of housing, then do a compare and contrast and evaluation of the different subdivisions and neighborhoods.

This would be an ideal way to answer your question.

All of Wash Twp is desirable. There are older sections newer sections condos townhomes etc.

Wash Twp has a varied price point of homes. But the area is stable along with its home values.
Price point of homes range from under 200k to over 1 Million.

If I can help showing you some homes please contact me. You have lots of choices. JFK hospital in town and now Virtua and Cooper have extensions in town, restaurants, Parks, schools and a great area for sports and family activities.

there are 2 main zip codes in Washington Twp 08080 Sewell and 08012 Turnersville…

thanks for your input, Larry. There is a specific home for sale in the Bon-aire section. It seems like a great community and it has been on the market for a long time. Do you know anything about that area? I have 2 young children and would like to live near other young families.
