In Kansas Real Estate contracts have to be in writing. I never count it a deal until it is written and fully executed, even then depending on the contract contingencies don't count on it as a done deal.

Do you have a buyers agent? This is who you should turn to on advice. Do you have a signed contract? The bigger question...are YOU okay with it?

A simple answer;
Are you still negotiating or are you under Contract?

Either way, are you willing to lose the deal for $3,000?

It's not Ok with me, but is it Ok with you?
