Hi,

Just so you know, this home is actually listed on the MLS for lease at $5,500/month. The Trulia listing you listed is incorrect and could possibly be a scam. Be aware and do not ever give anyone a deposit without viewing the property.

The information on Trulia can be incorrect so it is best to contact a real estate agent. I would be happy to provide you a list of available rentals in this area at no cost and help you set up appointments to view any properties you are interested in.

In regards to the junior highs in that area, here are some websites where you can find more info:

Public Schools:

Private Schools:

Hope I could be of help! Feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.

Best Regards,

Idris, Information is power! Here are the stats for Hollywood hills zip code areas: 90068, 90048, 90046, 90069: Total Population: 22,633: Households with children 1, 284. Never Married 9,372: Married 6,502. The stats speaks for themselves: There are small amount of households with children. I would suggest Brentwood area which is family friendly. There are others as well, Burbank, Pasadena area.
Hope this helps!
