A misprint from listing agent I'm sure, to get potential clients? I don't know...not a good idea to mislead.
Ran a quick check on MLS there's only one listing that is pending on Ardmore in 90029 and it's price is 229K
Even if let's say this was an auction lead, it should have been listed as such with a disclosure stating minimum bid at....
