You have to Register as an Agent. This lets buyers list you as their agent during the bid or offer process.

When you place a bid or offer on behalf of your client, Sign In to your account and follow the prompts during the bid or offer process.

If your client places a bid or offer directly, ask him or her to enter your name in the Agent section of the bid or offer process.

The Realtors® that have websites with you first of all know that that it is Realtor® not realtor. The Realtors® should be posting their own listings on their websites as I do on mine. I also do a direct IDX feed from the MLS that I belong to on my web site. ... more
