Call your bank directly if there isn't a place on their website to request it. They will be able to tell you your exact payoff within seconds on the phone if they are a good bank :)

Hello Again Innam,
I have researched the Montego Place sales records. There has been two sales recorded in the MLS system, one only a few days ago. There is one active unit offered for sale & two other units that very recently expired. The two expired listings may still be available.

I am available to assist you in your research, give me a call to discuss the information in greater detail.

Are you buying or selling? Either way here are a few good items to look over…Buyers Flow Chart,

I am originally from New England but I have lived in Holladay, Utah for over five years now and it is absolutely one of the nicest areas you will find in Utah.

The highest sales price in Salt Lake County so far in 2009 is $3,4900,000 for a Mansion in Holladay.
The highest asking price in Salt Lake County is $12,900,000 which also happens to be in Holladay.

Also, here are a few additional streets in Holladay you should certainly consider.

Brentwood Dr & Cir
Oakhill Dr
Field Rose Dr
Shadybrook Ln

Hope this helps!
