I would be very careful and entirely transparent to both parties that you are doing this and why you are doing it. It would help to know why you are considering this.

It might make sense if you've interviewed two amazing agents and can't decide who you want to work with so you have one list your current home and the other help you with our next purchase. The only other time I would suggest this is if you are hunting on both side of a state line and you really like one agent on each side of the line neither of whom is licensed in both states.

Aside from those two circumstances, I can't come up with a legitimate reason to do this. There are a number of ways this could be a very problematic situation for you.

If it's a RealtyTrac listing you probably can't. The homes they post are generally not for sale, but are behind on their mortgage. Most will not appear for sale and when/if they do, they are not for the prices they suggest. ... more

Here in CT at Garden Homes Community we are now paying $485 a month with hardly anything offered in return. When I moved here in 1996 it was called "Candlewood Park" and the lot fee was about $220. We now get less and pay more than double. They pretty much can do what they want and if you own your mobile home you are at their mercy here because they are hard to sell. ... more

Hello Michael,
I just answered your other post regarding a similar question. I am a full time, young, energetic, local Realtor who works a great deal in the New Port Richey, Port Richey, Holiday, Hudson, Tarpon Springs, Palm Harbor areas (Greater Tampa Bay). I will be happy to provide you a comparative market analysis. Because of my mathematics background, I like to calculate area statistics to make sure that I price your home competitively. If you are looking to buy, I will represent you & make sure the home buying experience is as smooth as possible. As your Realtor, you can expect 5-star service from me. Ask me how to save money on broker commissions if you are the seller. Call, text, or email me. Thank you.

You should assume all rental listings here are scams. Report them. Find the link on the page named MORE, under it is a drop down menu with FLAG - click it. I would be a majority of rentals on this site are scams.

Never Ever send money = those are scams.Never Ever send money = those are scams.

Biggest question did you sign a contract? If you did read it and make sure you understand it. If you haven't signed anything you should be entitled to have it returned. Contact the broker and if you can't get a response or results from that and you didn't sign anything file a lawsuit in small claims court. List the realtor and broker in the suit. This will cost next to nothing but filing fee and include the cost to file along with the cost for your time. ... more

5411 Dawn doesn't show it is active on the Realtor MLS so the owners may be trying to work something out with Regions Bank.

Regions Bank filed a Lis Pendens on Dec 18th 2013 and this is just the initial court notice of a legal action. It could be years before this house will be on the market or possibly never if the owners work out a loan modification or arrangement with the lender.

If you know the Sellers and they have a hardship and need help with doing a preforeclosure, Short Sale, ask them to call me and I can help them for no fees. If the lender allows a short sale then I would get paid at closing by Regions Bank. A Seller is better off doing a short sale than allowing a property to foreclose because in the State of Florida a lender can go after the owner for their loss. Some states allow a mortgage borrower to simply walk away without any recourse but that is not true in Florida... the lender can get a judgment and go after the borrower for 20 years!

All the best,
Alma Kee
